Party buses are for leisure. Certainly, if you’re in an informal setting (which is not uncommon at corporate outings), you can have informal discussions or networking activities. However, they are less appropriate when trying to provide a presentation, because music /engagement/lighting and movement, etc., can make this less than ideal. You can talk to the rental business and give more details of your needs before booking.

Q6. Are there any restrictions on what we can bring?

Most rental businesses allow you to bring on food and non-alcoholic beverages. If you are going to serve alcohol, just make sure that anyone who could possibly consume alcohol cannot legally drink (check out the regulations for drinking ages for your province), and have on paper the policies from the rental business. To avoid issues that may incur cleaning fees, you should also have on paper any restrictions on food or drink, if applicable.
